스웨덴은 2024년 2월 11일 유럽과 북미의 군사 동맹인 북대서양조약기구(NATO)의 공식 회원국으로 선정되었습니다.

NATO 회원 국인 스웨덴이 주최하는 재난의학미팅에서 SCH 재난의학센터 “민간-군 협력을 주제로 발표하였습니다.
A conference hosted by the Centre for Disaster Medicine at the University of Gothenburg, under the Swedish Ministry of Health and Welfare.

Background
Sweden officially became a member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), a military alliance between Europe and North America, on February 11, 2024.

At this disaster medicine meeting hosted by Sweden, a NATO member, the SCH Disaster Medicine Center delivered a presentation on the topic of civil-military cooperation.

Director Shin Hee-jun Highlights Civil-Military Cooperation Strategies at WHO Global Meeting in Abu Dhabi

Shin Hee-jun, Director of the SCH Disaster Medicine Center at Soonchunhyang University Bucheon Hospital, presented groundbreaking research titled “The Temporal and Spatial Dynamics of Military Terrorism from 1970 to 2020: A Comprehensive Analysis of Regional Incident Trends and Attack Characteristics” at the 6th WHO Global Meeting on Emergency Medical Teams, held from November 5 to 7 at the Conrad Hotel in Abu Dhabi. The conference emphasized innovative research in civil-military cooperation.

1. Development of Region-Specific Counterterrorism Strategies
2. Establishment of Data-Driven Decision-Making and Predictive Models
3. Creation of Legal and Ethical Frameworks for Civil-Military Joint Operations
